Our Fondant is handmade with melted dark chocolate and earthy cacao for an insanely rich taste. Ground almonds and shiny aubergine puree replace flour and butter, and we rely on the natural sweetness of our ingredients (+ just a touch of honey) instead of refined sugar... the result? An indulgent, melting pud that is holistically better with 50% less sugars than similar puds.

Our Sticky Toffee is handmade with maple syrup and gooey dates, enhanced with the finest Madagascan vanilla and a subtle mix of spices. Ground almonds and silky courgette replace flour and butter, and we rely on the natural sweetness of our ingredients (+ unrefined sugars like date syrup) instead of white sugar... the result? A scrumptious, warming pud that is holistically better with 40% less sugars than similar puds.
