An incredible recipe, and the pud we are the most proud of ! 

Charlotte created this pud with 28% aubergine for a super gooey texture (incredible, right?!), smooth dairy-free dark chocolate and organic cacao for an intense chocolate taste, ground almonds to replace flour and add healthy proteins, lovely honey to sweeten it up, and a superfood sprinkling of spirulina.

Feels like heaven in your mouth, for a mesmerising 170 cal per pot

ORANGE, CARDAMOM
& POLENTA SPONGE

With a touch of Turmeric

Ahh drizzle cakes... Fear no more, we've made ours all good! 

Beautiful polenta creamed with silky coconut oil, tangy oranges and lemons, soft ground almonds, a dash of honey, and a subtle superfood hint of cardamom and turmeric. Charlotte's secret to make its texture so heavenly moist is a drizzle of glorious orange and lemon juice. The best part? We rely on fruits to bring naturally occurring sugars, with just a bit of honey for balanced sweetness,
and less than 218 cal per pot.

CHOCOLATE & COCONUT
BROWNIE

With a spoonful of Chia

Goodness gracious, how can it be so moreish?

Brownie has always been Charlotte's favourite choice of dessert. She would even skip dinner
for a double portion of Brownie - you got it: Such passion cannot be messed up with.
So you can imagine that creating a scrumptious-yet-better-for-you version was a matter of life and death. 

Instead of butter, Charlotte used glorious creamed coconutthe best part of the thick coconut milk pulp and increasingly used for its properties by a number of chefs and food book writers. Charlotte then used chia seeds soaked in home-made silky almond milk for extra gooeyness, and to add healthy proteins, fibres and minerals such as omega 3 (yep, chia is that amazing). Loads of premium dairy-free dark chocolate finally heavenly combine with smooth coconut and complete the magic.

We bet it'll be the most indulgent brownie you've ever tasted, for less than 217 Cal per pot
