This is a super easy recipe to quickly whip together and the perfect accompaniment to our chocolate and aubergine fondant! @Glutenfreealice is here to show us the way...

Ingredients:

A handful of frozen berries

3 tsp of honey

Method:

1.       Add a handful of berries to the hob and add the 3 tsp of honey.

2.       Mix constantly for about 5 minutes until it turns into a liquid compote consistency (or to your preference).

3.       ENJOY!
