If you're feeling a little bit cheeky tonight, why not whip up our Rum sauce and drizzle it all over your fav Gato pud!

Ingredients :

Solid cream from a tin of full- fat coconut milk (chilled overnight).

2 tbsp dark rum

Juice of 1 Satsuma

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp arrowroot powder

1/4 tsp vanilla powder


1. Whisk all ingredients in a heavy bottomed pan. 

2. Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer until thickened.

3. Pour over your Gato pud of choice.

4. Enjoy!
