From as long as I can remember, I have suffered from very poor digestion and stomach pain - very unfortunate when you are an enthusiastic home baker with a massive sweet tooth. When I figured out that skipping gluten, dairy and refined sugar from part of my meals clearly improved my health and made my energy levels skyrocket, this delicious adventure all started.

It was my first step into a world of gorgeous, tasty and nutritious alternatives like chia, coconut oil, cacao, or even vegetables, and I decided to create a new generation of ‘free-from’ puddings both tasting indulgent and packed with natural goodness. After several months of training at the famous Cordon Bleu Culinary School,  Tadaa! My first pudding range was born.
